Frequently Asked Questions

Can you use my existing mailbox?

If it's in good shape, yes. If it's dented or broken, we'll let you know if it's worth keeping or if you need a replacement.

How long does the concrete take to cure?

We use fast-set concrete. Firm in 24 hours, fully cured in 48. We'll tell the mail carrier it's good to use after 24 hours.

What if it needs more work than expected?

We'll call you before doing anything beyond the quoted work. No surprise charges.

Do you work in bad weather?

We can do most work in light rain. Heavy storms or freezing temps, we'll reschedule. Concrete won't set properly below 40 degrees.

Will my mailbox be USPS compliant after repair?

Yes. We make sure height, setback, and stability meet USPS regulations.
