General Questions

Mailbox Refresh: $60 flat rate. Mailbox Repair: $150 flat rate. New Installation: $350 base rate. No hidden fees. What we quote is what you pay.

Refresh if it just looks bad but is solid. Repair if something is broken or damaged. Installation if you need a new one or it's completely destroyed. Not sure? Call us and we'll tell you what you actually need.

Primary area is Indian Land, SC and within 15 miles. That includes Fort Mill, Lancaster, Rock Hill, Waxhaw, Matthews, Pineville, and Marvin. Outside that? Call us anyway, we might be able to work something out.

Refresh: 2-3 hours. Repair: Quick turnaround (24-48 hours if concrete needs to cure). Installation: 3-5 days total including concrete cure time.

No. We work outside and don't need access to your house. Just make sure we can get to the mailbox. We'll call you when we're done.

Service Specific Questions

Yes. Standard colors (black, white, gray, brown) are included. Custom colors may have a small upcharge for paint cost.

We call you before doing any additional work beyond what we quoted. No surprise charges. You decide if you want the extra work done.

If it's in good shape and USPS compliant, yes. If it's damaged or doesn't meet regulations, we'll let you know and can provide a replacement at cost.

We use fast-set concrete. It's firm in 24 hours, fully cured in 48. We let it cure properly because a rushed job won't last.

We can work in light rain for most repairs. Paint and concrete need dry conditions, so we'll reschedule if weather won't cooperate. We'll call you ahead of time if we need to reschedule.

USPS & Regulations

Yes. We follow all federal mailbox regulations: proper height (41-45 inches), correct setback (6-8 inches from curb), and stability requirements. Your mail carrier will have no complaints.

Not usually, unless you're moving the mailbox to a new location. We install to USPS specs, so approval is built-in. If a location change is needed, we'll help you through that process.

We can work with HOA requirements. Bring us their specs and we'll match them. Some HOAs require specific styles, colors, or materials. Just let us know what they need.

For new installations, you should call 811 before we dig. It's free and required by law. We'll wait for utility clearance before excavation.

Payment & Warranty

Cash, check, or Venmo. Payment due when work is completed. We'll provide a receipt.

Materials and workmanship are guaranteed for 1 year. If something we installed fails due to our work, we fix it at no charge. Acts of God (vehicles hitting it, storms, etc.) are not covered.

Call us immediately. We'll come back and make it right. We don't leave until you're satisfied with the work.

Yes. Our services have fixed prices, so you know the cost upfront. If we find additional work is needed, we'll tell you the cost before proceeding.
